Factors which are important in trying to quantify the value of a personal injury claim would include these:

1.   Is the client a good person?

2.   What type of presentation is this client going to make?

3.   What type of property damage is there?  Good photos make good claims.

4.   Has the client been diligent in his or her treatment?

5.   Who was the doctor? (An orthopedic surgeon or a chiropractor)

6.   What did the doctor say about the severity of the injuries?

7.   How long did someone need to treat?

8.   How much were the medical bills?
